What is a general contractor?
First of all, a general contractor is licensed by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). He’s responsible for planning the work, managing the construction site and ensuring that the budget is respected. Thanks to his skills, he can ensure the quality of the work delivered and provide much needed reassurance.
While some general contractors specialize in renovations or in new homes, others, like us, do both. For more than 20 years, we have accompanied many clients in the realization of their projects on the North Shore of Montreal.
Organizing renovation work
A residential renovation project (whether it's kitchen or bathroom renovations or finishing a basement) often requires the intervention of several trades. These specialized contractors need to be involved at specific points in the project. The general contractor coordinates the project. You save loads of time at both the bidding and planning stages, but you also avoid making mistakes that could prove costly. Choose the turnkey option!
Access to qualified professionals
Because we work on numerous projects, we have access to qualified resources that we know we can trust. By working with the best contractors, you’re assured that your renovations will be durable and well done.
In addition, we are responsible for the quality of the subcontractors’ work, so you don’t have to worry about everyone doing their job right!
Less stress, more time!
If you've already done work yourself or planned it, you know how stressful it can get, and fast! Buying materials, getting them at the right time, planning the work and dealing with all the surprises that can pop up along the way is enough to make anyone regret their decision to make change.
Allow us to do what we do best, so you can do what you do best!
Don't hesitate to contact our team for your renovation or construction work! It will be our pleasure to help you.
